Our clinical training and support are the key aspect of our programs. We offer on-site behavioral health training that will teach your staff how to manage the changing needs of patients, including ongoing support through monthly clinical webinars. The training is further supplemented with our Careguides, which are designed to support the clinician to manage the leading psychiatric diagnoses in home health care.
Our Careguides include detailed careplans, evidence-based assessment tools, teaching tools, and telephone care management guides. We also have clinical case conference calls to instruct on how to handle common situations. In order to ensure that your staff has mastered the material, we offer competency testing and official certificates of mastery. We also offer a comprehensive Behavioral Health curriculum for Non-Behavioral nurses as well.

The Road to Wholeness Behavioral Health™ Program is a comprehensive person-centered approach to manage diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar illness and even Schizophrenia among the home bound elderly. Medicare recognizes this program as an appropriate focus for home health care. The underlying philosophy is that individuals need wholistic care that goes beyond the most common diagnoses seen in home care such as diabetes, COPD and congestive heart failure. When patients are suffering with chronic psychiatric issues, these issues must be addressed with the same structure, persistence and caring that we apply to other diagnoses.
